Weather update: We will still welcome picnickers from 4:30pm, even though the outlook is not good! Please note however there is no guaranteed wet weather provision for picnickers and there are few areas in the garden that are well protected from the elements. But there is sheltering space in the marquee and under the trees and we do have a few spare umbrellas!
The performance is officially sold out, however we do have a few returns so if you don't have tickets and would still like to come, please call us on 01225 448171.
We are delighted to support the RUH's Forever Friends Appeal by hosting this performance of Bath Opera's touring production of Madame Butterfly in the stunning setting of Widcombe Manor. (To book for the Friday and Saturday performances organised by the Widcombe Association, please go here.)
Tickets £35 plus booking fee of £1.44 per ticket (Under 18s £20 + 91p).
The performance starts promptly at 7:30pm under cover in our marquee in the gardens - please arrive in good time to be allocated seats, enjoy the spectacular setting and a drink from the Champagne Bar. Dress for the occasion - black tie optional but encouraged!
Weather permitting (in case of doubt please check this web site on the day), you are invited to bring a picnic to enjoy in the gardens from 4:30pm. Drop-off point for passenger and picnic delivery is at the gate. Please note there is no parking at the Manor - leave your car in the car park at Prior Park Garden Centre on Prior Park Road, which is less than ten minutes walk away. Disabled spaces near the Manor available by prior arrangement - please call to book. The performance, including interval, will last a little under three hours so if you are booking a taxi we suggest you ask it to arrive at 10:15pm.
Call Denise Coughlan on 01225 448171 or e-mail email@example.com if you have any further questions.
